Mother Day Celebration

We all went to our local and very fancy restaurant called Noa.  It's a cross the street from us and we wanted to try it for a long time now.  Food was really well presented and delicious too.  The view of Old Town is priceless - actually it's the same view we have from our house :-)

Bike Photo Session with Michael

Our friend Michael Avina who worked at the Embassy as a mail man, has photography as his hobby/side business.  He always wanted to shoot someone on fast triathlon bike and we were the only friends of his that were fit for the roll.  He came to our house with his Jarmo - his other friend photographer and their equipment, set it all up in our garage and of we started.  The special effect of water were added by holding out garden hose above us.  Michaels wife Rebeca was the assistant for special effects:-)

Juri pool triathlon.  Neat concept: everyone swims in a pool then based on your swim time line up in a bike trial start.  Draft legal race so you better find some fast riders to stick and stay behind. I borrowed a road bike for this race from Liis because you can't use TT bike in draft legal races.   You run as usual.  To my surprise I took 3rd place - that was a nice way to start my season:-)

I was hosting a baby shower for our friend Liis, so put advantage of some extra hands and put Gandmamma and Tadas to work to make some tissue pom-poms for decorations.

Every year Estonian puts a series of bike trial races in different parts around Tallinn.  So super cool: the roads get closed, you register get a chip and number.  Few races you do it with a partner but most of them you do it by yourself.  Really great way to push yourself and get good bike training in a short time.  My first race I did it with Kadri and Chris did with his friend Tiit.

Camrons 1st train ride to a football camp for one week to Rapla village.

This was a special breakfast from fresh farm eggs -  surprisingly they were all double.

Children's triathlon training camp in Viljandi.  Running, swimming and biking everyday.

Our chilling Euro style dudes:-)

There will be photos of some of our favorite foods, including snacks, deserts and other dishes we learnt to make while living in Europe.  below is waffle layers with caramel sauce in between.

One of boys favorites: "Kings and Solders"

Ladies fun and training weekend in Viljandi.  Baby Nora gets Royal treatment of being pushed around anywhere we go:-)

We had to stop by this unique art exhibit in the middle of no-where.

Viimsi beach - swim, sun, play and have cocktails at the beach bar.

Visiting Aunty Antosė in the hospital while in Lithuania.
Aunt Genės farm, full of animals but rabbits are kids favorite.

I was training for IM Barcelona all summer of 2015 and had to do 4 plus hours bike ride white vacationing in LT.  Took a nice ride to Druskininkai and stop in to see my cousins wife Alytė at her yarn shop.
Močiutė Nijolė took all her grandkids for a pica dinner.  Each of our boys had to have their own pica:-)

It was Ditė's birthday (July 30, 2015) - Jūratė took a ride from Vilnius to come see us and celebrate.  I made "Pablova" cake.

Une and Gustas came come to Tallinn with us to visit for a week.  We explored Old Town, went to Kalev spa to swim and go on water slides.  Went to Tallinn zoo and beach for several days.

Estonia triathlon associations puts swim and run winter series for children of all ages.  This was 1st competition for Magnas that included water.  Twins and Cameron had to swim 150 meters and run 1km.  They all did amazing. Twins had never done 150 meter competition so it was new territory for them but with help of a back stroke they were able to complete the swim leg.   It's such an amazing learning and training opportunity for all of them.

I took my friend Erika to US Marines birthday party. She looked gloving and the party was fun as always with nice presentation by the Marines, great food and long night of dancing:-)

Twins 1st football team and tournament.  They won 3rd place - got medals and a bag of gummy candy:-)

Visiting Močiutė Ona on her farm. She is 92.

I was hosting an October ladies coffee and had autum and halloween theme going.

Poor Tadas was pushed by his twin brother in a tub and got a pretty big cut on his forehead.  I decided that no stitches was needed and put some heavy duty bandages to help healing process.  Tadas looked like Harry Potter for a while.

Cameron was invited by coach Kadri to run for charity.  The weather was pretty wet and messy but we had a good time.
